Glenn and Ellen had no children. They lived in West Union where they owned and operated the East Union General Store untill 1955. The store was moved in 1997 to the Scott/Carver Threshing Assn outdoor museum in Jordan, Minnesota. Then they built a home and lived in Chaska, Mn.
